Welcome to the Cask Series of whiskies; a collection of unique expressions, each celebrating the marriage of our distinctive spirit with specially selected, individual casks.

For this expression, we selected a small, first-fill rye whiskey cask in which to age our spirit for full-term maturation. The entire cask has been disgorged and bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration or colouring. Each of the 110 bottles has been hand-filled and individually numbered.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: mixed peel, chocolate mint, green apple and icing sugar.

• Taste: rye spice, toasted oak, chamomile and ginger cake.

• Finish: medium-long with peppery spice and dried fruit.

Whisky. Floor-malted heritage grains are hand-mashed, long fermented, copper pot distilled, matured and bottled in our distillery. This creates an authentic whisky, influenced by the people and landscapes from our journey – for you to enjoy on yours.
