Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cooper King Distillery Ltd. Cooper King Distillery Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user.
1.2 You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this Site. Please exit the Site if you are not of legal age for consuming and purchasing alcoholic beverages or if you are in a country where the promotion and consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. 1.3 By using our Site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”) and Privacy Policy. 1.4 Please note that in addition to these Terms specific Founders’ Club Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of our Founder’s Club packages and specific Online Store Terms & Conditions apply to the sale of all other products through the website.
1.5 Our shop is hosted on Squarespace Inc who provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
