Cooper King Distillery is inviting vodka lovers to raise a toast to International Vodka Day (Tuesday 4th October) with its newly launched, sustainably produced Black Cardamom Vodka – the first vodka ever to be distilled with premium black cardamom, one of the world’s most expensive spices.
Restoring UK Wildflower Meadows
With every bottle purchased, 40 pence will be donated to the eco-distillery’s charitable partner, Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust, restoring one square metre of UK wildflower habitat. This means that you can sip easily in the knowledge that you’re doing your part for the planet.
Tasting Notes
A wonderfully refreshing spirit, Cooper King’s Black Cardamom Vodka (40% ABV) features a hint of smoke, owing to the cold-distilled black cardamom pods, resulting in a beautifully unique flavour which elevates the classic vodka tonic and makes a winning Bloody Mary.
Hand distilled in Yorkshire using 100% renewable energy and ethically sourced black cardamom pods, Cooper King’s distinctively smooth Black Cardamom Vodka is housed in a beautiful lightweight bottle made from 55% recycled glass and sealed with a home-compostable cellulose tamper.
Committed to supporting local, the bottle’s reverse back printed label artwork is designed in collaboration with York artist Emily Stubbs, and spent botanicals are sent to a local baker to upcycle into delicious breads and pastries – zero waste is sent to landfill.
